§1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between customers and Jacob Rohner AG that are processed via the Lahco Online Shop.
§2 Prices
The prices displayed in the online store are binding. You will receive the statutory VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, this is 8.1% of the value of the goods.
§3 Shipping costs
Shipping costs: Free shipping and returns.
§4 Contract and conclusion of purchase
When the customer completes an order process and sends one or more orders to Jacob Rohner AG, a contractual relationship exists between Jacob Rohner AG and the customer in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Jacob Rohner AG, as well as the customer, can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within 30 days with confirmation of receipt, this can also be done expressly by email.
§5 Notification of defects
The buyer can make a complaint immediately after receipt of the goods. Jacob Rohner AG undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable period of time or to refund the purchase price to the buyer. The buyer must send the defective goods to Jacob Rohner AG in unused condition.
§6 Delivery
Depending on the delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order.
If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately.
§7 Payment
This takes place as requested in the Web Shop. Unpaid goods remain the property of Jacob Rohner AG until full payment has been made.
Purchase on account with installment facility (PowerPay): With the PowerPay monthly invoice, you can easily pay your online purchase by invoice with installment facility. MF Group / PowerPay offers the payment method "payment by invoice" as an external payment service provider. When the purchase contract is concluded, PowerPay takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept PowerPay's GTC in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb). (Please note that the first individual invoice by e-mail has no administration fees. Jacob Rohner AG assumes these costs here). In the case of partial and late payments, further fees are incurred in accordance with PowerPay's GTC; you must bear the costs for these specific cases.
Orders against invoice are possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein up to an amount of CHF 500.00.
Otherwise, prepayment in the e-shop is possible via the credit card or Paypal systems offered, without additional fees.
§8 Warranties
Swiss legislation expressly applies; warranties must be sent to Jacob Rohner AG by registered mail.
In the case of quality complaints, a simple e-mail is sufficient and Jacob Rohner AG will endeavor to provide an immediate replacement.
The yarns and other fabrics processed by Jacob Rohner AG meet the standards of the textile finishing laws. We strongly recommend that all newly purchased textiles are always washed at least once before wearing in accordance with the washing instructions on the packaging.
§9 Data protection
All data required for ordering is stored by us and treated confidentially. This data will not be made available to third parties.
The payment method data is transmitted in encrypted form and is NOT stored.
The customer can request the deletion of his data at any time upon simple request; this will then be confirmed to him immediately by Jacob Rohner AG.

§10 Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively with jurisdiction in Balgach.
